Cancellations and Refunds

Participants who cancel their registration due to special circumstances more than 60 days before the course will receive a complete refund minus a £100 administration charge. Fees remain payable in full for cancellations received less than 60 days before the start of the course, even if you are unable to attend or send a representative from your organisation. We strongly advise that if you need a visa to attend this course you apply as early as possible in order to avoid disappointment. Please notice that we will endeavour to assist you in obtaining a visa but it remains your responsibility to do so and the decision to issue one rests solely with the appropriate authorities.

The Institute reserves the right to make changes to the programme that may prove necessary. Please check the final programme with the Wessex Institute before finalising your travel arrangements.

If WIT has to cancel the course, our liability is limited to a full refund of the registration fees only. We will not be liable for any other costs associated with the cancellation of the course (such as hotel and travel costs).
