As the Internet grows and more web sites appear every day, there is sometimes a necessity to build web portals to unite users by some criteria and provide them with a place in the web to visit and collect the information they need or communicate with other users.
Such a criteria to unite information and users in one place can be some set of topics of interest, for example, as well as geographic location etc. Assuming that portal will unite information and visitors of particular set of web sites, the problem that arises is how to manage the content and support that kind of portal. Who will decide which information is more relevant for users and how much space it is necessary to provide for each site? How to update links automatically? How to analyze users' activity and provide more relevant content for each visitor? The current work is supposed to solve these and other problems.
